I’m Dr. Dani Espino, the founder of Aire Performance, and I’m here to get you back to running!

I’m a runner, physical therapist, and running coach. As a runner, I’ve experienced several injuries, and it was frustrating when I sought care only to be, told to “stop running.” If you’re a runner, you understand how devastating it is to hear those words. I created Aire Performance to provide runners with a plan back to running after injury. I’m combining my years of experience as a physical therapist/coach with my own experience as a runner to help you feel confident and understood throughout the return to running journey after injury. I get it!
